Identifies the methodologies used to deliver curated content.Designs and creates engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer.Works with subject matter experts, conducts needs assessments and analysis to identify new development needs for a target audience.Furthermore, the Senior Instructional Designer serves as a lead to lower-level instructional designers and provides guidance as needed.
